Terms of Service

1. The service

KEY.RE sells wheel spins. Every paid spin awards a digital game key from one of several prize tiers. The probability of each tier is published on the site and enforced by a provably fair algorithm; the value of the awarded key varies by tier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase spins. By purchasing you confirm your age and that chance-based digital prize mechanics are lawful where you live. It is your responsibility to comply with local law; we may restrict access by jurisdiction.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted in the displayed cryptocurrencies. An order's exchange rate is locked for 45 minutes. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; send exactly the displayed amount. Underpayments can be completed by sending the remainder; unpaid orders expire after 24 hours.

4. Prizes & delivery

Keys are delivered on screen and by email immediately after a winning spin, and stored in your account if you sign in with your purchase email. Keys are single-use; we cannot replace keys redeemed by third parties after delivery. If a key turns out to be invalid, contact support within 72 hours — we will replace it or re-credit the spin.

5. Fairness

Spin outcomes are determined by the commit-reveal scheme documented on the Provably Fair page. The complete fairness trail of every paid spin is stored and available in disputes.

6. Accounts & rewards

Site credit, XP, streaks, achievements and referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and can only be used on KEY.RE. We may adjust or revoke rewards obtained through abuse (including self-referrals and automation).

7. Refunds

Purchases of spins are final once the first spin of an order has been used. Unused, fully paid orders may be refunded in the original cryptocurrency on request, minus network fees.

8. Responsible play

Spins are entertainment with variable-value outcomes. Set yourself limits and only spend what you are comfortable spending. Support contact: [email protected].

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
