Every spin wins
There is no "lose" segment. A paid spin always awards a key — the odds above only decide the tier. Demo spins use a more generous distribution to show off the wheel, but award nothing.
How outcomes are decided
Outcomes come from HMAC_SHA256(client_seed:nonce, server_seed),
with the server seed committed (hashed) before your spin and revealed after. Full details and a
